Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the quantity of products ordered.
Due to the size of our products, larger orders may be divided into multiple parcels. A maximum of four products can be shipped in a single parcel. For orders exceeding four products, additional parcels are calculated accordingly and the shipping cost is adjusted automatically.
For certain countries outside the European Union, export or customs clearance fees may also be included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
Any additional import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the authorities, customs offices or service providers in the destination country, which are not included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.
The final shipping cost is calculated automatically and displayed at checkout after the customer selects the destination country and before the order is placed.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and are shown below. All delivery times refer to business days and are in addition to our standard order processing time of 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional time may be required for customs clearance.
4. International Shipping
We ship internationally. Depending on the destination country, customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges may apply.
Due to the size of the product, one parcel can contain a maximum of four Chair Nest chairs. Orders of more than four chairs are therefore divided into additional parcels (e.g. 5 chairs = 2 parcels, 8 chairs = 2 parcels, 9 chairs = 3 parcels).
For shipments to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia and Ukraine, an additional standard export customs clearance fee of €30.00 is charged.
For shipments to the United Kingdom, an additional export handling fee of €15.00 for the first parcel is charged. Each additional parcel within the same shipment is charged at €5.00.
Where applicable, these export and customs clearance fees are included in the shipping cost calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any additional import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed in the destination country and not included in the amount displayed at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@chair-nest.com, and we will assist you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Chair Nest. If you are not completely satisfied, the following return conditions apply.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@chair-nest.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage or an error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
